Good place to stay for a short trip in St.Ives

Pros: Good value and very quiet area. Some nice freebies as well.

Cons: A bit of walk uphill but we expected it as per review anyway.

Love the location

Pros: Close to the beach and perfect size for a short break with 2 kids

Pros: The apartment was clean, well lit, and fully equipped. It's located wiithin a short walk of the town centre and beaches (steep walk back, but that's St Ives). Also a short walk to the south west coastal path. It was useful to have an allocated parking garage. The apartment has a good and spacious shower. There are plenty of places to charge devices. The goodie bag on arrival was a lovely touch.

Cons: The apartment was very cold in the evenings, particularly in the main living area. Some throws or similar would've been welcome. Although not the fault of this apartment, as the apartment complex welcomes dogs, some dog owners were obviously not picking up after their pooches, so extra care had to be taken in outside communal spaces.

Exactly what we needed for our stay. Great location!

Pros: The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious and perfect for us (a couple plus dog). Everything was very well organised, including check in and check out information. The welcome pack was a lovely addition. The apartment was well equipped with everything you may need. Would stay again.

Cons: The only trouble we had was with parking. Most of the surrounding area is permitted or double yellows. There is an allocated garage for the apartment, but this would only comfortably fit a small car.

Pros: -ruhige Lage,trotzdem schnell im Zentrum - Strand sehr nahe -Außenbereich -Bett sehr bequem -tolle Organisation durch den Vermieter

Cons: -Leider war nicht alles sauber (z. B. Bad, Schränke etc.) -Das Sofa ist nicht sehr bequem - Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine wäre eine tolle Ergänzung
