pleasant stay, clean, close to main hub of St Ives, value for money.

Pros: spacious, pictures made rooms look smaller than they actually are so was pleasantly surprised.

Cons: space, facilities, although tumble didn’t heat up so had to dry clothes on airer. Also, torrential rain made kitchen roof Stu light leak badly.
