Little Gem

Great place!

Pros: Comfy, cosy apartment. Very well equipped. Great location. Lovely welcoming gift - thank you!

Cons: Instruction/ direction to car park were too complicated (especially when you arrived in the dark). Those need to be simplified and perhaps post code to car park could be provided to make it easier.

Great view & location

Pros: It was great! Amazing location, good heating, decent wifi. Very clean and cozy!! The window turns into a little balcony.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Breakfast was not included apart from coffee, tea and milk but it was close enough to the grocery store that we could easily supply ourselves.

Cons: The instructions to get us from the railway station to the facility were not overly clear. However, some of the cause was the landscaping overhanging stone walls and hiding the street name. Once we had located the unit we found a more direct route.

Nice, cosy, white and bright with a sea view!

Pros: Loved the coziness of the apartment, lovely view, nice rooms, shower was a nice size. The location is perfect.

Cons: The door on the toilet should have opened the other way as it was very tight when getting in and out of the room. There’s a fair few stairs to get to the apartment including on the outside which is very awkward with baggage especially as the parking space is a fair distance away. The sat nav takes you to the rear of the property.

Little gem is the perfect spot for a family visit to St Ives.

Pros: Brilliant location, lovely and clean with amazing views over the harbour. Comfy bed and everything you need (as long as kids are small!)

Cons: Slightly tricky to find with the car parking space but that wasn’t helped by arriving in pouring rain!

Overall a nice place to stay

Pros: Very nice and modern, the view is great you can see the harbour and Godrevy lighthouse, we where given a nice welcome pack with all information needed including activities to do restaurants to eat at etc. We had an issue with the hairdryer but it was sorted asap which is good. It was very useful having a designated parking space.

Cons: The bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable because the mattresses were a bit hard, that was the only negative, also the parking space is a bit far away and up a steep hill but that is not too bad of an issue as it is good that you get a space in the first place
