Lovely quaint cottage in great location
Pros: Cottage is decorated in a lovely way and the location is great for the harbour area
Cons: Not a bad thing but the property is set over 4 floors with steep stairs. Risk has been mitigated by stair gates on the loving room floor but if travelling with small children, be prepared to be going up and down a lot!

A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in St Ives
Pros: Very nice and beautifully restored old fisherman’s cottage right in the centre of St Ives. Cottage was really well equipped and very clean with everything you’d need. Location was fabulous with the gorgeous Porthmeor beach only a minutes walk and a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and shops all within a few minutes walk from the cottage.
Cons: Everything was fine - no complaints

Excellent accommodation
Pros: As many reviews mention the location is perfect. You are seconds from the harbour and shops. The cottage has everything you could want. I must admit I didn’t use most things – I didn’t want to spend my break cooking, washing and ironing. WiFi is good. The stairs are a bit narrow which may not suit everyone but this is clearly stated in the listing. I’d be very happy to book this cottage again if I returned to St. Ives.

Great location in a cosy cottage.
Pros: Location was brilliant. Good facilities, excellent shower, comfy bed, cosy atmosphere.
Cons: Kitchen downstairs and very steep stairs to kitchen and bedrooms.

Perfect location, comfortable well equipped character cottage.
Pros: Location couldn’t have been better for us. Quiet with no traffic or people noise even on very busy days in St Ives. Paul was very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect with loads of character, clean, well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more. This takes work and commitment so well done team Cheerful!
Cons: Location excellent, character, comfortable beds, well equipped, no people passing by. Perfect.

Great location and pretty well equipped for a small family.
Pros: Location was awesome. Close short walk to all beaches and the heart of St Ives. Plenty of amenities for cooking.
Cons: Some hostels Airbnbs provide shower soap gel and shampoo. We did bring our own. Not a problem. Ideas for future residents. Nothing too negative about the property. Unloading and loading can be a bit challenging due to the location of the property down a narrow alley.
