Pros: It honestly is one of the best places we have stayed . It’s spotlessly clean , the owners have out a lot of thought into this accommodation . The double bed with en-suite is really comfortable and the others guests said theirs was too.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t personally like was having to leave 😂. There’s absolutely nothing not to like . You must have a car though if you’re wanting to go out and about.

Fantastic 4 nights with the family to attend wedding. Great walks. Swimming, Pasties

Pros: Beautiful and peaceful garden. Lovely outdoor space. Sociable communal areas. Well equipt kitchen. 3 bathrooms, great for 3 couples. Very close to the Coast Path.

Cons: King bed very squeaky. I know it is a very old cottage but it did smell a bit damp and musty.

Great location, accommodation, hosts, and everything else.

Pros: Hosts were brilliant, greeted on arrival, local knowledge, assistance with car issues and a fab bottle of wine for a birthday. House was immaculate, well equipped kitchen and bbq area, plenty of space for 6 people. Outside space was superb with a dining table, picnic benches, private patio and gardens beautifully maintained by the hosts. We didn't venture through the garden into the wooded area opposite, it did however appeal to us. Location was ideal for us as we intended to explore the south of Cornwall by car. Beautiful, quiet beach with a bar and cafe within a few minutes drive. We visited St Agnes, St Michaels mount (free for NT), Eden, Perranporth, St Ives and the north coast tin mines. Its worth noting that the South of Cornwall is very accessible via the new A30. All in all a perfect holiday for a mix of walking and beach.

Cons: Leaving

Excellent accommodation in a lovely setting

Pros: Bannsvale Farm is a very well-appointed, stylishly furnished cottage set in beautiful grounds. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. You have your own terrace complete with pizza oven, though we didn't try it! We were two couples but it would also be very suitable for families. Glenda and Graham were very friendly and were on hand to deal with any queries and advise on local facilities. We tried a couple of walks down to the sea, which were very pleasant. The local pub - The Victory - is good just for drinks or for a meal. There are other pubs and restaurants in the area.

Home from home!

Pros: Perfect for a family holiday. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and it was great to have an air fryer to use as well. The house was spacious and the garden was a real added bonus. It was well fenced off and safe for younger children to run around in, and we also had access to further outdoor areas along the river. We made good use of the outdoor seating area as well. Parking was easy.

Cons: The property is situated in a countryside area of Truro which is beautiful and quiet, but you do need a car to be going out anywhere. The roads are narrow and winding so not ideal for walking to and from the house with a young family.
