Pros: An utterly charming cottage, in the most perfect location. Phil was very thoughtful and proactive in checking up on us and my sister, nephew and I made a weekend of wonderful and long lasting memories.

Perfect cottage for a relaxing break with fantastic view of Fal River.

Pros: Perfect location, with great views. Cottage well equiped, although note there is no freezer in the kitchen. Ideal for eating breakfast/dinner on the terrace whilst enjoying the view, or alternatively walk 10 paces up the road to the excellent Heron Inn for dinner or lunch.

Cons: The double bed feels too small when you are used to king size!

Pros: Lovely cottage really nicely equipped and furnished. Amazing views of the river and great location at the top of the estuary, so ideal for kayaking.

Cons: Parking in Malpas is very limited. We managed to find one space but at busy times people might find it hard to park.
