Fantastic place. Horrible booking experience.

Pros: I liked the Lodge and the onsite contact.

Cons: I will never book anything through sykes cottages again, they were beyond useless. They would not send me basic details of how to get to the lodge, they wouldn't answer on the live chat, wouldnt give me the what3words to get there and they also wouldn't reply to email all they said was ask the number we gave you The company clearly wants your money but to do nothing at all for it. I found them very unprofessional, if it wasn't for the onside phone number I was given I wouldn't be able to find it or get in, I would only ever book direct with the owner if thats possible. Never use sykes cottages !!
