Most excellent 'Home away from Home'

Pros: Self Catering. Location nearly perfect, but perhaps a little further into Cornwall. However, facilities much above average and beautifully maintained. Lots of little 'touches'!

Cons: Could have benefitted from a 'downstairs' WC, but purely a personal comment as I live in a Bungalow!

Excellent for families. Very clean and lots of space

Pros: The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the table football, the garden to play in and double beds to themselves. Each bedroom had an ensuite. Steve was very welcoming and left a very thoughtful (and useful) hamper for us. Robes, slippers, bathroom products and all kitchen supplies provided. The house was a great base for exploring Cornwall and had an electric charging point which was incredibly helpful. We would definitely go back again and would highly recommend it for families! There was so much space!

Cons: It was very warm overnight but to be fair that was due to the weather!

An exceptional property that I would highly recommend.

Pros: Property was exceptionally clean comfortable and spacious. Steve our host who welcomed us on arrival had thought of everything. It was the best self catering property we have experienced. The welcome hamper which included a cream tea was much appreciated and added a lovely touch on our arrival.

Cons: We liked everything. Everthing was perfect

Fantastic

Pros: Fabulous house, lots of room, private garden, owner had left us a welcome hamper and the house was in a great location. The owner was very accommodating nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend Orchard House.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like about the house, couldn't fault it.
