Good value for money

Pros: Very close to the beach and close to local amenities

Cons: No wifi or signal in the rooms was not ideal but could access from the lobby

Thanks for being great hosts

Pros: Great location with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. Just a short walk from both the town center and the beach, making it convenient for exploring. There’s also a pharmacy and an all-night Tesco Express nearby for any essentials. Plus, a bus stop is within easy reach for further convenience. The place also provides plenty of information about things to do in Newquay, making it perfect for tourists.

Cons: Car park was a nightmare. Most of the time we had to rethink using our car as we may return and dont have a place to park the car. BIG car park next to the hotel BUT you have to pay for your car to park in, £15 a day... Why dont the hotel have an agreement with the parking area that guests displaying a ticket btained from the hotel can park for free?

Amazing staff with good facilities but rooms very outdated

Very good value for money for location with family incl dog

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, very good overall experience staying with my 3 children and small dog, very accommodating.

Cons: The mattresses could be more comfortable and noises could be heard from neighbouring rooms, so white noise could help with that since it’s an older property.
