The views to the ponds, lilies and birds with geese was spectacular!!

Pros: We loved the bed! Beautiful cushions, very comfortable sofa and it was lovely and light with the candles. Next time I’d like to use the fire pit and bbq. It was a little wet and cold unfortubately

A little paradise

Pros: We loved our stay so much, we were very sad to leave.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing holiday, close to nature and very peaceful. Highly recommended!

Pros: Our yourt was very clean and looked like brand new. It was also beautifully arranged inside with very comfortable beds and duvets. It was nice and warm inside. The surrounding was also just magical, with a pond just next to us and ducks visiting all the time. The whole field was just so pretty and peaceful I wish we could stay a bit longer. 4 days was just not long enough. The outdoor kitchen had also everything we needed. The owner were even coming every day to change our ice pack in the cooler box. Showers and compost toilet were also always spotless clean. This campsite has no weak points. We really do recommend it and I hope we will come back one day.

Cons: In one shower, there were a door hanger missing, so there were nowhere to hang your clothes and some doors didn’t lock properly. But that was the only downside. Overall- it was great!

Lovely stay, we would love to go back!

Pros: We really loved the location. The tent was also beautiful and nicely decorated. Lesley and Tony were very welcoming. Our daughter loved the ducks and the pond!

A stunning yurt in beautiful surroundings with all you need for a lovely glamping experience

Pros: Beautiful location. The yurt was so cosy and beautifully equipped. The kitchen set up was fabulous and the owners topped up our fresh water daily and provided ice

Cons: Only 1 shower worked.

Absolutely brilliant - we will definitely be back!!! x

Pros: The owners were absolutely lovely, very welcoming! We stayed in Billy Blue, the bell tent was super clean and the beds were so comfortable!!! There was a little kitchen outside under tarpaulin which was handy for when we had BBQ’s. Toilets were always stocked with loo roll and again kept super clean, and the showers were good (and free!!) The campsite is also very spaced out so you weren’t treading on people’s toes! Our bell tent was surrounded by trees with a little bridge to the toilets, so really private :)

Cons: The only downside was that none of us could get service - so we had to plan our trips while we were out and about. However, it was actually really nice to have a break from everything!!! Apart from that our stay was perfect, thank you!!!

Relaxing

Pros: Perfect location, beautiful beaches and port towns close by, so peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed for our glamping getaway! No phone reception but it was actually quite nice having a digital detox! We had such fun using the boat on the lake in front of our tent too. I saw a kingfisher while having my morning coffee. Camp fires with marshmallows every night too. The owners were very friendly and kept in touch if we needed anything during our stay. Thanks for having us.

Pros: This was our first time here and we had the most wonderful holiday here. The tent and the surroundings of the campsite were absolutely delightful. Would recommend this site if you like things a bit more rustic and peaceful. Local beaches Porthpean and Polkerris were so gorgeous and really quiet compared to some of the bigger more well known beaches. And Heligan is a short drive which is another brilliant family day out.

Cons: Nothing! At first I was worried about the compost toilets but we all quickly got used to them. We really enjoyed getting back to basics with no phone signal or wifi. That might not be for some people but we loved it. The only thing I would say is a little more lighting around the bell tent would be good for the nights you want to stay up a little later.

Fun Glamping in Cornwall

Pros: Lovely tent and beds. Outdoor kitchen well outfitted. A schlep to the toilets but no more than usual for a campground. Tent pleasantly separated from the rest of the campground and private.

Cons: We bought a cafetière for the site. The compost toilet took some getting used to. The site is near nothing much so expect a drive.

We really enjoyed our stay we had everything we needed.

Pros: Really liked the kitchen area had everything we needed and was easier to use then I thought.

Cons: Was not too sure about the compose toilets but there was flushing ones a short walk away
