Luxury Victorian school with views of Harbour

Pros: Wonderful accommodation, we loved everything about it. Great facilities, great location, and so much space. Really beautiful property. Highly recommend, especially for a large family get together.

Amazing place for a family stay in a building full of character

Pros: Great property load of room and character. Lovely features left over from when I was a school as well as nice touches like wood burners including logs etc

Cons: Really can’t think of anything we didn’t like about the property. Don’t let the war and peace emails telling you not to make noise put you off. I’m sure as long as you are reasonable and respectful the neighbours won’t mind, as we didn’t mind the barking of their dogs.

Family staycation

Pros: The property is in a very nice area! Kids loved it. Amazing facilities and easy parking. Clear instructions given by landlord how to get to property and where to park before arrival, which is personally very much appreciated. The house is very warm and welcoming and has everything for everyone!

Wonderful house in the centre of Fowey with idyllic views over the harbour

Pros: Great location, beautiful property and just a really lovely place to be.

Cons: I hadn’t read the facilities properly and the shower facilities were limited for a group of people but would definitely be better for friends/family

Great location, views and fab school building

Pros: The old school house is a lovely conversion of the school into a wonderful place to stay while still retaining all the old school vibes. We really enjoyed the local scenery and cafes etc. It was very easy to find with plenty of parking space with the added bonus of charging if required. A great place for a chilled getaway. It's a big property so would be great for larger families (it's really big...took us 3 days to realise there was yet another room that we hadn't noticed til the wind blew the door open for us!)

Fabulous place in a great location.

Pros: Great space, well set up for kids, hot tub was fantastic, outdoor area was great, well equipped kitchen. And best of location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and spa at Fowey Hall.

Cons: Not enough towels and hand towels for all guests. For the number of people that could stay there there were only 3 bathrooms, 2 of which were part of bedrooms and the bathroom servicing other rooms/guests needed doing up.

Pros: This property was wonderful: spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the views and the location were incredible. The house was clean and warm and the landlord kept in touch by email - perfect. We‘ll be booking it again.

Cons: Cleanliness could be improved !! Could of done with one more bathroom on the other side of house for guests staying in large room which can sleep 7
