Ruby's Den

A perfect place to stay while visiting friends and family.

Pros: Our host, Michelle, was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything was perfect and the property was immaculate. The welcome box of goodies was a really nice touch on arrival as was the bowl of fruit. We visited in January 2026 and the rooms were well heated and cosy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we went to Carbis Bay.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Wonderful house

Pros: The Airbnb was very clean and conveniently located. The host was kind and welcoming, and the interior décor was tasteful and beautifully arranged. The place had all the facilities we needed, and the thoughtful touch of welcome fruits, snacks, and apple juice was a delightful surprise.

Cons: Nil

Excellent

Pros: Very well equipped - has everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Good location for those without transport - easy 5 minute walk to the main road and the bus stop. Very clean, very good bathroom and shower. Great kitchen area, excellent quality washing machine. Great TV. Heater available if it's unseasonably chilly! Highly recommended.

Cons: The washing machine is excellent quality, however, it would benefit from an occasional 90° wash with washing machine cleaner. This will prevent any build up on the rubber and prevent musty smells, and prevent repair bills in the future!

Cosy, clean , comfortable

Pros: Very nice and clean ! Had everything we needed ! The treat box was a very nice touch ! The host was amazing and look after us very well ! Our dogs loved the treats too !

Great little place, ideal for a couples getaway

Pros: Fantastic little place, had everything we needed, very comfortable and ideally placed for our new year’s plans! The hosts were very helpful and responsive, with clear guidance. The welcome goodies were a very nice touch - thanks very much! Ideal place for a couple to stay, would very much recommend and we would definitely look to stay again if in the area.

We’ll definitely be back… it’s a no brainer!

Wonderful stay at Ruby's Den

Pros: Everything from a lovely host Michelle to the wonderful apartment. Every detail was thought of , even down to spare toiletries / cleaning etc Each room was beautifully decorated with good quality / tasteful furnishings. There was also dog treats , feeding station and blankets for your pooch. A lovely touch was a fresh pint of milk in the fridge , waters, crisps , fudge and some yummy Cornish biscuits to welcome us. Loved every second . Thank you Michelle

Pros: Small but very well decorated ,furnished and appointed ,biscuits ,crisps etc a nice touch, easy parking, short walk to Carbis Bay, ideal for short break

Cons: An electric element in the towel rail would be ideal for drying towels when the weather is not good.

Home away from home!

Pros: Rubys den is so well kept and almost like a home away from home! Michelle has made sure you have all your basics for a nice time away, she made sure to check in and make sure how we were getting on. The property is lovely and bright, perfect size for a couple (and a dog!) it was nice coming home from a day at the beach and being able to sit outside with a glass of wine and relax in their lovely space x

Cons: Everything was exceptional!

Peaceful, relaxing and would love to stay to stay again!

Pros: Clean and comfortable, it had everything you would need and more.
