A fabulous trip to welcome the arrival of 2026 and lovely place to stay.

Pros: The location was excellent. Close enough to walk to St Ives but far enough away to not get caught up in all the town traffic. The views from the property were stunning !

Cons: We went to the property for New Years Eve and were dismayed for there not to be a bottle opener or cork screw ! Not the end of the world but a standard kitchen utensil. We would also have liked more than four mugs. There were only four staying which I know us what the property sleeps but another set of crockery would be good as only four of each. The glass table may benefit from table mats to protect it ? The parking space is not for the faint hearted but doable with care!

Pros: Very clean and pleasant accommodation- just needs some little touches ie hooks for towels in the bathroom? Table mats as didn’t want to mark the furniture?

Cons: Parking ! If rearranged there would be plenty of space? The little black car didn’t move the whole week so better if that parked next to the shed - out of the way? Is the shed necessary? Why table and chairs stacked in the way? No room to turn? Couldn’t park there so parked in a nearby street.

Clean comfortable apartment. Great location. Good communication with host.

Pros: Spotless apartment.Comfortable clean beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. couldn't fault the property.

A luxurious stay in a peaceful location a short distance from the hustle and bustle of St Ives

Pros: Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was brilliant for a family of 4. We went to the Spanish restaurant a short walk away and it was lovely. Caught the open top bus into Penzance and took the short (and very cheap) train ride into St Ives.

Pros: Apartment was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was a really nice touch. Would definitely book apartment again in the future. The view from the main bedroom was amazing, looking across Carbis bay towards Godrevy lighthouse, .

Cons: Car parking space was a little challenging, we have a medium sized car and turning it around in the space provided was to say the least awkward, rubbish bins and unused garden furniture didn’t help with what space there was .

Amazing Place

Pros: Just Amazing! Stunning view from the Master bedroom and downstairs while having breakfast! Exceptionally clean! All that you need in the kitchen! The beach was close,The Sports bar was next to us,I could literally wave to my wife during the United comeback 😊 Spanish Restaurant La Casita within walking distance! Small shop nearby,Tesco on 10 min walk.Bus stop to St.Ives,Train station 10 min for Penzance! Oh,almost forgot the playground which you can see from the window.Amazing spot!

Cons: I don't want to say it honestly ,but the parking at the back caused me some nerves, It was a bit tight to be honest! I think the people on the first floor were the managing company ,why not swap the small vehicle they parked in front to the back ...just a thought! But ,don't get me wrong! This was minor for everything else that we had! Massive thanks!

Pros: Wunderschönes Apartment. Alles vorhanden, was für einen guten Urlaub benötigt wird. Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und es war sogar ein Weihnachtsbaum aufgestellt. Betten waren sehr gut, ebenso die Aussicht auf das Meer. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Pros: Das Appartement schaut genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Blitzsauber, traumhafter Ausblick alles vorhanden! Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe.

Cons: Kein Brotmesser gefunden;)
