Stunning Apartment

Fabulous apartment in beautiful location

Pros: Superb apartment in a wonderful location. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay, great communication with the host, and a beautiful location. Wonderful for a family trip.

Brilliant, would highly recommend, has everything that you need.

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's a very quiet area, we heard an owl on several nights. Having an ensuite in the one bedroom is a great attraction. The location is a good base for touring. Being able to put our motorbikes away in a garage each night was a bonus. Although the weather wasn't suitable for us to use the private beach it's not far from the apartment and can only be accessed by walking to it. I've never stayed anywhere before that has had this facility.

Cons: It's a very hilly area. If you want to walk to the beach (10 mins), Charlestown, (15 mins), Supermarket (30 mins) it would be quite challenging for the less able.

Cornwall stay near Charles Town

Pros: The Apartment was Excellent, owner was first class. Very helpful. When we arrived lovely extras. Location was perfect having access to a private beach, beautiful. Location file left to look through with useful information about areas to visit and restaurants. Would definitely reccomend.

Large, bright, well appointed apartment with private beach

Pros: Marvellous apartment, 5 min walk to the sea ( private beach, seals, tall ships if you're lucky). Trees was a very helpful host and sorted out anything we asked immediately. Modern, spacious, bright apartment, with excellent kitchen and 2 good bathrooms.10- 15 minute walk to Charlestown, along SW coast path from the beach, or along road, to lots of good cafes and restaurants ( The Boathouse was great, but book ahead).

Cons: No ordinary shops to buy bread/ milk/ groceries within walking distance, no ordinary shops in Charlestown ( but large ASDA and Tesco a 5 minute drive away on edge of St Austell , so buy on your way in). Also, the apartment has no view of the sea, just of the ( pleasant, modern) housing estate in Duporth. Not a big deal, especially since the private beach is lovely and very near, but just so people are aware.

We would definitely would recommend this property. The host was very helpful and communication with her was very easy.

Pros: The apartment had very homely touch. It contained absolutely everything one needs in a home, especially the kitchen. It was literally home away from home. The bottle of wine and chocolate was a special welcoming touch. The private beach access was very welcome, although walk back is rather steep.

Cons: We found the beds small and mattresses uncomfortable.

A well-equipped and well positioned apartment.

Pros: Stunning location, really well equipped kitchen and special touches, such as bottle of fizz in the fridge and games. Spacious apartment and secure parking. Communication with the host was comprehensive and thorough.

Cons: It could have been cleaner, and the quality of bedding could have been better. The pillows and duvets were synthetic and not comfortable. The ensuite is rusty in places, and the shower hose needs replacing.

Perfect stay!

Pros: Everything, it's a lovely apartment, pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room and everything you need. Quiet area and walkable pubs/shops. The host was very welcoming and gave lots of info before the stay. We will be back next year.

Excellent property.. Excellent Host

Pros: The apartment was extremely well furnished with exceptional attention to detail. Lovely coastal walks with Charlestown and Porthpean only a short walk away with fantastic views. Eden project a short drive or bus ride away. I caught the number 25 bus into Fowey, £2/adult single journey (£4.20 return.. so obviously single tickets are cheaper) I found everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. A lovely gesture of a bottle of bubbly and chocolates from Trees was left for us on arrival and gratefully appreciated. We had a superb stay and communication from Trees was always immediate. Such an excellent property with an excellent host. Highly recommended. Thank you Trees.

Pros: Very clean, great location, had everything we needed as a family of four (incl. two under-5s). The host is fantastic with their communication. Absolutely faultless
