The property ticked all the boxes

Pros: It has everything we need plus a minute walk to bus station.

Cons: The access code to the private beach was wrong :-(

Great location, comfortable flat with parking

Pros: Location was good, clean apartment, easy parking, comfortable bed but only a double. Very quiet neighbourhood

Cons: Had to ring to get codes for key collection several hours before arriving. Bed is only a double with no mattress protector. Cold flat in the evening and morning so contacted host to see how to put heating on. Oven very smelly, only heated a pastie but it was very smoky. Fridge needs defrosting. Uphill walk back from Charlestown not suitable for elderly

A great week , thank you.

Pros: Excellent location, lovely apartment in a quiet area , everything we needed, comfy bed, good shower, parking space. A great base to explore the area. We walked miles along the coast, using local buses and even a train to Falmouth.

Pros: Good-sized apartment, the open plan and spacious kitchen/diner/living room feels welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. The owners are very nice and responded immediately when we had questions. Great location, close to some lovely restaurants in Charlestown.

Cons: Key collection instructions were not provided, so I had to call in the morning of our arrival. The parking was not clearly marked. It was not clear how to switch on the hot water supply. On the last day the WiFi stopped working, which was a shame as none of us could get any mobile connection inside the apartment.
