I had a lovely stay over the new year period and will be coming back

Pros: It was clean, well positioned with great views, close to beach and walking to town

A real penthouse experience with stunning views and excellent facilities.

Pros: This is a fantastic flat on the top floor with amazing view of the sea and beach. It was very clean and had all the facilities you needed. The Wifi was very good and the smart TV allowed you to log into your own accounts on Netflix etc. The parking is secure and you get car spaces. There is also a Co-Op Store directly below which is excellent for provisions. You can also use the hotel facilities and get 10% off everything e.g. Spa treatment, food etc.

Cons: The flat was very hot, even after turning the heating down to minimum. Access to the carpark and flats is via a 6 digit key code which can be tricky to enter, you must include a # before the number or else it does not work.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Glorious setting directly opposite the beach, fabulous views and convenient location with small supermarket a few steps away. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and extremely well supplied.

Cons: Nothing - it’s perfect

We enjoyed our family trip a lot and would definitely go again.

Pros: Lovely location and view. Clean rooms. Welcome pack with nice treats.

Cons: Nothing.

Great location for a comfortable short stay with family in Falmouth.

Pros: Great location and comfortable for 4 people with all the amenities you would need for a sociable and relaxed 3 night stay

Cons: As the apartment was on the first floor, the roomy balcony overlooked too much of the carpark and hearing people slamming doors etc was disturbing.

lovely self catering apartment with good facilities available close by.

Pros: a very clean and comfortable apartment, there was a nice welcome pack provided in the kitchen area on our arrival. nice views from the balcony. the hotel attached had a good bar and restaurant.

Cons: nothing everything was good

We had a wonderful time, it is an amazing place to stay.

Pros: It was superb, we loved the view, the lay out, the quality and the ease with which it accommodate 8 adults ( 4 couples).

Cons: The carpets are stained and a bit grubby, and there are lots of scuff marks on the walls. This is a shame as it lets an outstanding property down.

Pros: Lovely view and excellent location. Great standard. The price reflected this. There was a slight odour in one of the bathrooms which came and went which I had seen mentioned in previous reviews We were in apartment 22. Aprt from the bathom odour it was upto the standard we expected at the price charged.

Cons: Bathroom odour on occasion Batteries in Bedroom TV REMOTE NEEDED REPLACING.

Pros: Everything. Beautiful location right on the beach and great views. Co op below. Health spa and use of pool and steam rooms included. The apartment was well equipped and well designed. Bed firm and comfy...no complaints. Also, we had our own parking place

Cons: The apartments are hard to navigate around the building, as everywhere looks the same. Would be better to colour code or have zones with numbers letters or names!

Lovely apartment right at the beach.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a new building. Right on top of a beach. Right on top of a Co-op that sells the essentials. Want to go back as soon as possible. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you want.

Cons: Apartment and blanket was very hot.
