Great apartment with everything you need

Pros: Spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fabulous views. Easy short walk to the beach and an outside tap to rinse your feet on return. Incredibly well soundproofed from other apartments. Host very accommodating. We had a really relaxing trip.

Pros: The location was excellent, fantastic views across the beach and the coastline, and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Falmouth. The attention to detail throughout the apartment made it feel like a home from home.

A short Cornish break in Late September.

Pros: The apparment was an open and airy living space with stunning views over Gylly Beach. The balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee, well sheltered from the wind. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Complimentary shampoo, soaps, hand creams etc was a nice addition to the daily living experience. The location was an excellent base for exploring Cornwall. Falmouth town and harbour was an easy 5 minute drive from the parking space, and the furthest point of Lands End, less than an hour away.

Cons: The smart tv gave us a few issues, but our host tried hard to get a new remote control delivered. There were no usb ports in the apartment, so a trip into town was needed to buy adapters. Not a big issue though, as we can use them again when we return next year.

Pros: Delightful to see such a wonderfully equipped apartment with everything an individual or family might need. The furnishing and decor were fresh and of high quality.

Cons: Nothing except the peak price. I’m sure I could get a deal if I were going off peak!

Cons: If I’m being picky I would have enjoyed some more comfortable chairs on the balcony.
