Pros: We didn't actually stay in this apartment as a plumbing situation meant we moved to a three bedroom house elsewhere in Falmouth! But the communication was excellent, facilities great etc.

Cons: Being moved further away from the town centre wasn't ideal.

Cosy apartment, close to town

Pros: Clean and comfortable, great location for the town centre and the parking was an absolute godsend. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: No complaints from me. If you struggle with steps/hills then you may finding getting to town difficult but it burned off some of the pasty/ale calories!

Gorgeous Studio Apartment - Great location

Pros: The property was easy to find and we loved the ease and flexibility of checking in when you want with a key that you access via a lock box. The furnishings and decor were well above standard and really beautifully done. Everything about the place was clean and cozy. The hosts were lovely. The location is absolutely fantastic. Quick access to the center as well as being in a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again the next time we come back.

Comfortable, cosy, and conveniently located - fab find in Falmouth!

Pros: The property was easy to locate and access, with the ease of the keys being left in a lock box, meaning that there was no strict requirements on arrival time or arranging to meet with the owner. The entrance to the property was neat and clean, and on entry, we felt at home. The space is great for a couple, and the accommodation had everything we needed, as well as some additional bits like milk, tea/coffee, butter, shower items, etc. The accommodation is very conveniently situated in the heart of Falmouth, as described, and was a short walk to the main streets with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the coast within short distances. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings watching Netflix under blankets.

Cons: We experienced some Wi-Fi issues upon arrival - it did not work for the first night. We also had trouble working the kitchen/living area lights (we couldn't find how to switch them on, as the switch was tucked beside the wardrobe). However, we messaged the team, and they were swift to respond and help. The WIFI worked for the rest of the trip, although it was quite slow and our phones were out of signal at times (can't be helped!). Though this did not bother us, and we wouldn't consider it a downfall at all. We were very happy with our stay!

Pros: Was absolutely perfect, clean and comfy, had everything we needed and location was spot on. Hosts were so lovely and sent all the necessary information before arrival so there was no need to chase them for anything. Parking was a huge bonus too. Will definitely be returning!

Comfortable well appointed studio with on-site parking - very convenient for Falmouth town centre.

Pros: Location is excellent - ideal for the town centre and has on-site parking. Facilities in the property were good - it's a convenient and comfortable place to stay at in the middle of Falmouth. Owner very responsive when we had questions. We've stayed here before and I'm sure we'll do so again!

Relaxing, comfortable stay in Falmouth!

Pros: Great to have allocated parking right outside, apartment is clean with lovely decor and we found the bed extremely comfy! It was a lovely touch to have fresh milk in the fridge for our arrival, saved us going out & getting some for our toddler. Street is very quiet yet in a perfect location to the town centre. We will definitely look to stay again next time we are in Falmouth.

Lovely studio! Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Lovely, comfy and relaxing studio which was perfectly placed for beaches, town and a choice of lovely pubs just around the corner.

Cons: The host's contact number wasn't working, which was a problem as we had a couple of issues on arrival. We were given 2 out of date WiFi passwords, so didnt have any wifi for a number of hours. The ceiling lights also didn't seem to work, so we had to move a lamp into the living room. However after sending a few .messages the host got in touch and the WiFi was sorted.

Pros: Beautiful decor, so homely, comfortable and in a great location. Hosts were so helpful, we’d definitely come back and stay again, we all loved Falmouth xx
