Pros: Beautifully presented modern flat in a character building. Easy walking distance to the main high street (down a hill) and a local pub minutes away. Private parking for the car was a great added bonus and proved essential on a busy residential street.

Tasteful converted Victorian schoolhouse. Extremely well equipped with wonderful host.

Pros: Very tastefully decorated. Quiet location close to the town.

Cons: The many steps to the property from Padstow (as with all properties) was very difficult for my elderly mother and taxi was difficult to get. It was very mild when we there so the heating and bed linen weee a bit too warm but perfect for chillier times.

Very comfortable apartment in a good location.

Pros: It was light and bright and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Due to the design of the apartment it was very easy to hear sounds from the adjoining bedroom and downstairs. Maybe that’s why they supply a tub of ear plugs??? The hosts were very obliging.

Cons: 2nd bedroom was quite small. Lack of privacy.

Pros: We had a lovely weeks stay here. The apartment was stunning and so clean. The facilities were amazing. Everything you could need was provided even down to the small things that you might forget to pack or not even realise you needed! The owners were amazing and could not do more to help or make you feel welcome and communication with them was excellent. I would 100% recommend this as a place to stay in Falmouth. Absolutely brilliant could not fault a thing.

Pros: The apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location for exploring the town. The hosts provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and made the whole process for arrival and departure very straightforward and easy.
