Outstanding view with a very large comfortable bed!

Pros: The view is outstanding, great to watch the ebb and flow of the tides across the causeway; another bonus is the size of the apartment (ground floor). The kitchen has all the mod cons - but the cooker extractor fan is currently not working. The bed is amazing, super large and very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and fully functional. Good sized tv and full Sky package.

Cons: As it's an old spacious building the central heating struggles to maintain a comfortable temperature. The only solution I think is to install larger capacity radiators - just a suggestion. On the Fri night we were both a bit cold, despite the radiators being hot. The booking.com advert implies there is parking available for both apartments - but it's only for the upstairs apartment. The advert requires clarification. Fortunately the upstairs apartment was vacant so I had access to the car parking space. When I searched for accommodation I always select the 'parking available' filter - I would not have booked if there wasnt any parking available. The front patio door requires adjustment, difficult to open/close as the wood has swollen.

Absolutely lovely place and would love to come back again

Pros: What a great property and great location. Was like a home from home. The views across to the mount were incredible. Also to have all the shops and amenities so close by. Would love to come again when the weather is warmer and the castle is open.

Cons: Nothing much, just having the kitchen in the main area when cooking it was a little smeechy. We did open the windows however which did the trick. A very mineral though.

Relaxing family holiday with everything on our doorstep great place to stay would definitely go back

Pros: Location was amazing lovely views some really good places to eat and pubs to drink in , lovely appartment comfy beds modern clean bathroom and kitchens

Cons: Heating was set with a code to make warmer past a certain temp and was quite chilly but we used the throws while in the lounge Parking was a bit of a pain due to works being carried out and scaffolding being up in property next door and it being a tight space without that in mind there are nearby car parks but we didn’t want to leave our car there over night but that was our preference

Excellent well equipped apartment with fantastic views and central location.

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the village with fantastic view of St Michael’s Mount and bay. Really clean and well equipped apartment. A choice of about 6 places to eat out. There is a well documented folder for local facilities. Ideal for a young family of 4. Both apartment and garden enjoy the view. Bus stops are only 10 metres away and the narrow streets have a 20mph limit. Would definitely recommend it without question.

Cons: The only criticism about the apartment is the lack of sound proofing to the floor above was limited and you could hear people walking about which could easily be resolved with carpets and underlay and why I gave an overall rating of 9. ( The ladies were quiet, but the men were definitely flat footed). Not a criticism but an observation. Free night time parking is limited to about 15 cars. A private short stay and long stay car park is only a few minutes away. A council car park is just over a mile away and is only marginally cheaper than the private ones. Local food shopping is limited though.

Pros: The view was amazing looking out across to St. Michael's Mont.

Cons: The only thing that we had issues with was the parking. Travelling for 2 months with suitcases, there was no parking allowed beside or in front of our villa.

Pros: Amazing apts in a stunning location! Everything is cool and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one can need

Cons: Our parking place was always occupied, and we had to park in a distant parking

Pros: Great accommodation for a family of 4 offering separate rooms and bathrooms for comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with every accessory you could need. Perfect location—just 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from restaurants—with breathtaking views of St Michael’s Mount

Cons: The internet didn’t work during our stay, and we received little support from the landlord, so this isn’t a suitable place if you plan to work remotely. In addition, the sound insulation is poor—you can hear everything from the upstairs neighbors, including their washing machine late at night.

Outstanding Location, Even better accommodation, perfect host.

Pros: Amazing location. Lou was incredibly helpful and communication was outstanding. The property is in a perfect location with outstanding views of St Michales Mount.

Family Mini Break

Pros: Fantastic location with beautiful view of St Michael's Mount opposite. Lit up at night. Excellent facilities, comfortable and welcoming. Everyone loved it here and were sad to leave.

Cons: Weather but can't control that and comfortable setting more than made up for it.
