A beautiful penthouse, immaculately clean and a nice central location.

Pros: An immaculately clean and modern penthouse with great views out to the sea. 5 minute walk from the beach and main High Street.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with stunning views!

Pros: My second time staying, as the first was great! The location was excellent and had lovely views. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, as usual. Everything worked as expected and the host was very accommodating. 100% would stay every time I’m visiting Newquay.

Festive comfort and coastal luxury.

Pros: The property was amazing with spectacular views. The festive touches were wonderful too, a Christmas tree and decorations that made it feel so warm and welcoming. The thoughtful extras really stood out: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, milk, and plenty of snacks were provided. There’s a coffee machine with plenty of pods. Washing machine has a supply of washing liquid. Everything was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. Parking is available on-site, though with a larger car it was a little tricky to maneuver. If needed there’s a car park just a minute’s walk away that offers free parking from 5pm to 9am, a great alternative. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is truly a place worth staying if you’re looking for somewhere special in Newquay.

Cons: The floors were a little slippery. But not were deducting marks for! Keep in mind that the penthouse is on the third floor with quite a few stairs to climb. While this wasn’t a problem for us, it may make the property less suitable for some guests.

Girls Weekend

Pros: Great location and fantastic views from the deck. Communication from host was great as well. The Penthouse itself was amazing. It has everything you need. And the rooms are a fantastic size. 2 bathrooms and the shower was amazing. Its a short walk to the grocery shop and other shops. I came with my daughters. And they loved it as well. Little bithday long weekend away. It was like a home from home.

Cons: We didn't find anything, we didn't like.

A little slice of luxury in Newquay. Will be staying again, and would definitely recommend!

Pros: A lovely apartment with excellent facilities and an absolutely amazing view of Newquay and the sea. Everything worked as expected and it was just overall a really wonderful stay.

Cons: The TVs in the master bedroom and living room were uncooperative at first. Had to turn them on and off again at the wall to get them to work.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location, can’t wait to return in summer 2026!

Pros: Great location, amazing view, apartment done to a high standard. The white goods were really good quality eg great washing machine and dishwasher - makes life so much easier! Found the beds really comfy, and the sofa was also great! Lovely place :)

Cons: Nothing to dislike, we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Because of the hill there can be some noise from cars revving up the hill which can occasionally be heard in the back bedrooms - this wasn’t an issue for us (we are city dwellers so used to a bit of traffic noise) but some people might want earplugs for night if they are light sleepers.

Great central, clean, and comfortable apartment to stay with friends or family.

Pros: The Penthouse apartment was a real find. It was the perfect location to do all the things we needed to do. We were 3 ladies on a spa weekend and staying at the penthouse was perfect for us. Great bedroom space, the living room was great for our night in, lovely comfy sofa and on one night we were able to sit outside on the rattan furniture and see the sun set which was magical. All rooms were clean and tidy and well equipped. We would highly recommend this apartment. We had a couple of questions and Claire answered very quickly and she was happy to help us out, thank you Claire, we had a fantastic stay and your welcome hamper was a real thoughtful touch.

Cons: Can't really think of anything we didn't like, it was all positive.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, very clean, with everything you could need and the views from the apartment were stunning. Lovely little touches too like tea, coffee, milk and biscuits left for us. Could not fault in anyway.

Amazing group stay in central Newquay!

Pros: Central location, spotlessly clean, great balcony and amazing views! Tea, coffee, milk and snack provided. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved it and would stay again!

Cons: The main bathroom door didn’t lock.

Perfect Newquay stay.

Pros: The property is stunning. Beautifully maintained. Everything you need is to hand. Location was perfect. Could not fault anything at all. The owner was contactable when we needed to ask something. Very quick response. You won’t be disappointed with your staff.

Cons: Can’t comment as we liked everything.
