Pros: I’ve stayed many times always lovely to stay there and relax

An excellent stay,everything was just right.

Pros: We loved everything about the apartment it was spotless, cosy, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like the apartment was excellent.

Pros: Clean and comfortable appartment in easy walking distance of the centre.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The view wasn't great as only looking at house walls. But despite the view our stay was excellent and we'd definitely recommend it.

Cons: As already mentioned the view wasn't great. And the hob was a bit difficult to operate.

As always perfect for us.

Cons: May take a slightly cooler duvet next time but a personal choice

Cons: Quite a big hill to go to town, noisey neighbour

Lovely apartment, clean, easy parking, good amenities. Close to town.

Pros: V spacious apt. Parking perfect and super easy. Felt secure. Comfortable bed.

Cons: We were lucky weather was cold for time of year but flat was already getting quite warm. A good fan in the bedroom would have been helpful. Bedroom window backs out to alley where bins and garage shutter doors are which constantly rattle and bang in the night with just a little wind, was disruptive - had to close window - would be hotttt if ambient temp hadn't been 15 when we were there. Kitchen window was sticking & could do with some attention. Bath also might need some attention, squeaks and some movement when you step in for shower. Just minor issues mentioning to help - not complaining! Water pressure great! A little nespresso or similar would have been amazing - really missed having a coffee machine. Wifi was V slow - only about 1mb down and about 0.5mb up (restarted router to check but didn't help). Also worth noting the main living room backs out onto a school/nursery - so midweek you'll have the sound of kids out there from early morning throughout the day - not an issue for us anyway. Overall loved it though - just mentioning a few little sticking points there & things ppl might want to know.

Pros: Spacious property. Easy to access and park. Good central location for Newquay.

Perfect stay for any couple

Pros: How large the space was and how the design of the place is so welcoming and cosy, while also not suffocating.

Cons: The listing did say there was a washing machine but there wasn't. However that might be because there are washing facilities in the building but I didn't see any signage for it.

Great accommodation

Pros: It was spacious and very clean. A warm flat without heating. Very comfortable bed.
