New year 2025

Pros: I loved the space we had, I wasn't expecting it to be so big from the photos. The ensuite in the main bedroom was a nice surprise as we are 2 couples who visited so was helpful to have 2 bathrooms. The location was great and lucky the apartment came with a parking spot as parking spaces that close without being charged would be hard to come by. The apartment was very well equipped we had everything we needed and was very comfortable during our stay . . We didn't want to leave and would 100% stay again.

Cons: The only negative I can think of was the car park was pretty tight to get into our allocated spot with a motor home parked opposite sticking out and a car parked where there wasn't bay markings by the garage, we managed after a few point turns and felt it was only a minor annoyance considering how lovely the apartment was and that it was a bonus we had a parking spot at all.

Fabulous location, great apartment, would use again

Pros: It was clean, spacious & ideal for family of 4. Great location, short walk to Newquay town, & Towan Beach. 35min walk to Fistral

Cons: There was no washing machine, & the sofa isn’t comfy, the base cushions sink so much.

Absoultey fab time in newquay and lovely property.

Pros: This property was perfect for us with 2 teenagers. Close to shops and the lovely beaches. Near to big park/skate amenities The property was clean with nice bedding and towels and had everything we needed. We used the patio area regularly. Best beach in evening- lusty glaze Best swim - tolcarne beach Crazy golf was a good laugh. Boathouse street food near habour for great food.

Cons: When we arrived the property smelt quite strongly of dog which once we opened the windows did go away. The main thing missing was a bush to sweep the lounge/kitchen area but there was a hoover although this absolutely stank (the wet dog smell!) so we couldn’t use it. Only other issue was not sure the fridge door was shutting properly as some of our food went off even though it was in date. The cupboard door seemed to restrict the closing.

Fab holiday for me and my son visiting family. A home from home.

Pros: Excellent location. Lovely apartment. Well equipped. Feels like home.

Cons: Nothing.

Convenient flat with a parking space

Pros: Great to have a parking space and location was good. Flat was modern and airy. 2 bathrooms.

Cons: Mattress's too soft and very creaky. Patio is out the front so you are looking over into people's front rooms on a residential street. Only given 1 kitchen bin so difficult to separate the recycling and then when we had to empty the bins on leaving we couldn't get into the bin store as the padlock was too stiff and the number dial wouldn't turn until we put some oil on it. Sofa too low and cushions keep sliding. £30 to get 1 hour earlier check in. No wardrobe in second bedroom.

Pros: Nicely decorated, very bright and beachy. Host very responsive and helpful.

Cons: The cost if we wanted to check in 30-60 mins early.

Fabulous stay in an exceptional apartment

Pros: This is a fabulous apartment in a great location and beautifully furnished and equipped. I cannot fault it.

Pros: The property was clean comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient and easy to find….if directions were closely followed. Everything we needed was there. We felt a home and loved the space.Communication was terrific….thank you.

Cons: Nothing. A washing machine would have been helpful though.

Enjoyed our stay and location was fabulous.

Pros: Location for central Newquay was excellent. Available Parking at the property is also a definate bonus. Near to shops for self-catering. 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean and tidy.

Cons: Beds were very low and could have been more comfortable, the double matress definately 'sloped' to one side. Ironically having said that we both slept very well !

Very enjoyable break at Stones Throw, great central location for access to Newquay and surrounding areas
