Comfy and clean, great location and free parking.

Pros: Comfy large double bed. Layout. Very comfy second room with bunk beds suitable for teenagers. Warm and cosy. Great location. Excellent hosts.

Relaxing

Pros: Location very good for town and beach, pubs and places to eat, just big enough for myself and hubby and Flo the dog, definitely go back

Cons: Maybe a little bed side table, but overall everything perfect

Location has loads to offer ,central for loads .

Pros: Was perfect location for visiting the area , lots of beautiful beaches and great for food/restaurants etc

A perfect place in the perfect position.

Pros: It was lovely and clean and very comfortable. The property is in a quiet position but a short distance to town. There is an Aldi close by if you are self catering and plenty of places to go out for meals if you aren’t. Alison who owns the property is so friendly and (although we didn’t need to) she is available for any issues/help. We had a perfect stay 🩷

Pros: Great location had everything we needed for our stay and Alison was friendly and welcoming couldn’t do enough for us!

It was exactly what we expected, needed & was ideal for easy access to Newquay & beyond

Pros: Location was perfect & the stay was ideal for the two of us

Cons: Although we did not use the second downstairs bedroom, the absence of a blind for the skylight would have caused problems when it gets light at 5.00 a.m.

Lovely seaside stay

Pros: Beautiful well equipped flat, ideally situated by the sea and restaurants. Owners were so welcoming and friendly Had a lovely family holiday

Cons: Low speed WiFi unfortunately affected being able to watch tv or access technology
