A lovely short break.

Pros: The apartment was lovely. The beds were comfortable and it’s in a great location.

Cons: As it was Christmas, it could have had a tree or Christmas decorations

A fantastic break in a beautiful location. Close to town, just a short walk to fistral and surrounding beaches

Pros: Location, location location !! Clean ,spacious, warm, plenty of hot water. TVs in all rooms and a lovely balcony.

Cons: The key codes to everywhere, but not a problem, just a comment. Only had to remember one on a regular basis

Pros: The apartment was clean, tidy and finished to a good quality. Great location, literally a 10min walk into Newquay town and a 5min walk to Fistral beach. Off road free car parking was also good. Will be booking again for next year.

Cons: Underground car park was convenient, but a little tight to manoeuvre into and out of spaces. Luckily there were spaces around us so it made it easier.

Fabulous stay

Pros: Fabulous brand new apartment. Extremely comfortable beds, excellent interior design, wonderful view from the balcony. Large TVs in every room. Bright and clear apartment. Thank you for the memorable stay!

Apartment was spotless and modern and in a perfect location.

Pros: The location was excellent. Scenic walks were only minutes away. The view from the apartment was stunning.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Safe parking, luxurious apartment, and a large supermarket within walking distance. There's a restaurant with delicious mussels. The room's booklet contains plenty of information about restaurants and other recommendation - it's very helpful.

Cons: Nothing but for those planning to visit : I recommend bringing your own toiletries like shampoo, although you can buy them at a nearby supermarket.

Top-Startpunkt für Erkundigungen

Pros: Wir schätzten die Lage etwas ausserhalb von Newquay und dich so zentral, dass vieles schnell erreichbar war. Auch bewährte sich Newquay als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundigungen von Cornwall. Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet, wir haben die zwei Badezimmer geschätzt. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement selber war recht sauber (ausser Haare im Badezimmer oder bei den Betten).

Cons: Die Parkgarage und die ganzen öffentlichen Bereiche (Ort, wo man den Schlüssel holt, Briefkästen, Parkgarage, Lift) sind ziemlich heruntergekommen; wie wenn sich niemand darum kümmert. Wir hatten drei Vorkommnisse: Handwerker betreffend Fensterlüftung, Gasleck in der Nähe, Defekt bei der Heizung). Alles wurde schnell behoben und India sowie Janet waren gut und schnell erreichbar. Keine Mülltrennung - ist vielleicht einfacher, aber heute nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Mooi appartement

Pros: Mooi appartement, top locatie, zeer schoon . Alles wat je nodig hebt bevind zich in dit appartement

Cons: De laatste dag een verkeersboete ,deze krijg je zomaar in de ondergrondse parkeergarage van het appartement zelf. Parkeerkaart eenmaal vergeten. Appartement was best wel prijzig,dus dat is dan wel een domper.
