Beautiful and comfortable apartment suitable for family stay.

Pros: I like the facilities provided by the host. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was well heated which is very comforting for me and family. The view was simply magnificient.

Cons: The communication on the actual passcode of the keybox was not delivered before our arrival. The passcode which was shared with us was inaccurate and that was distressful for us as we had come a long way from London, 6 hours' drive. Then thankfully the hostess Martha answered my call and shared with me the actual passcode which has been updated. so that was the end of the distressful situation. From then onwards, the flat was simply beautiful and comfortable for us. We would consider coming back for sure.

Amazing location. Nice apartment. Would recommend.

Pros: We love the location of the accommodation, we’ve stayed before and the hosts have good communication. We’d definitely stay again.

Cons: We were informed about the tv aerial not working before our stay but this did slightly impact our visit. There are also lots of little bits that need to be fixed/sorted (e.g. several taps were broken and fell off when used).

The perfect place for experiencing Newquay

Pros: Everything about the apartment was great. From the overall decor and facilities to the tea tray on arrival. Off road parking was appreciated as well. Rooms were very nice (we’re used to a firmer bed, so the mattress was a bit soft for us). When we return to Newquay this is where we’ll be.

The best holdiay ever !

Pros: Perfect location . It was really cosy and homely very comfortable to stay in. Beds were really comfortable to sleep in. We loved staying here !

Gemütliches Appartment mit schöner Aussicht

Pros: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! • super Lage • geräumige, große Wohnung (insbesondere das Wohnzimmer) • große Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht • schöne Badezimmer • Garage super • es gibt einen Aufzug • wir konnten gut schlafen (das Bett ist weich)

Cons: • teils kaputte Ausstattung - ein Lichtschalter, ein Wasserhahn, ein Herdregler • teils nicht ganz sauber - Informationsbuch für Gäste ist nicht sauber und lädt nicht zum durchblättern ein, Abdrücke auf der Küchenablage, teils klebrige Ausstattung (Bett und Handtücher allerdings einwandfrei) • alle TV-Geräte (in jedem Zimmer) funktionierten nicht, man konnte keine Sender empfangen - unsere Nachfrage hierzu hat der Gastgeber ignoriert • Kommunikation - siehe TV-Geräte Situation, der korrekte Code für die Wohnung wurde nicht vorab kommuniziert (der angegebene Code bei der Booking-Nachricht war inkorrekt - mein Anruf bei der Eigentümerin wurde direkt angenommen und der Code wurde telefonisch kommuniziert - der weitere Anruf am Abend zwecks TV wurde nicht entgegengenommen. Es folgte kein Rückruf oder Nachricht.)
