Cons: The path way up to the property and outside need tidying up.

Lovely place, highly recommended

Pros: Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment in the heart of old Padstow.

Cons: My elderly mother found the rather scruff, uneven and unlit steps up to the property a bit of a challenge.

Still loving it after 3 years of stays!

Pros: We have stayed here for a few years. The location is perfect if you want to be based in Padstow. It is always very clean too. The flat has pretty much everything you need.

Cons: The flip side of being based in central Padstow is early morning delivery/dustbin vans. It's a bit warm in the summer to have the windows shut. A broom would be handy as a quiet way (without using the vacuum) to keep the sand at bay.
