Comfortable and welcoming

Pros: No keys but concern over how often code changed re security

Pros: Spotless, convenient, easy access, modern facilities

Cons: Minor point but couldn’t use Netflix despite WiFi being a fast connection - may need reloading? But very minor point and will definitely rebook

A thoroughly enjoyable place to stay as a couple.

Pros: Position, spaciousness, facilities, well equipped and comfortable.

Cons: Very little, although it was quite noisy due to it being central but that could not be helped.

Perfect apartment for a couples stay in Padstow

Pros: Fantastic location! Apartment has everything you could need for a self catering stay

Pros: Great location, good communication, everything you need for a short break and very clean

Cons: The apartment above was very noisy. Lots of banging but of course not the fault of the owners of Hawkers

A great choice for Padstow

Pros: Location was right in the heart of Padstow. Flat was very well equipped. The bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. Hawkers was certainly a good choice for Padstow.

Cons: You have to be quick dropping off your bags as nearest parking we could find was 10 minutes uphill at Links car park. Weather was good all the time we were in Padstow so not a problem. Only thing \

3 nights in Hawkers was plenty. Fabulous location. Warm & secure.

Pros: The location is fabulous. The keyless entry worked so well after we eventually had the right code to get in from one of the fellow residents. Cosy & clean. Lovely bottle of Prosecco in fridge thank you .

Cons: Unloading the car was tricky on the main road. We didn’t have the correct code for entry. The bed was so uncomfortable being only a double. The mattress was on a slope. No hand wash in the bathroom. Water from the shower needed to be swooshed towards to drain before it flooded the bathroom. Settee uncomfortable

Perfect location & apartment - would return…

Pros: Covered all needs, decor to high spec & immaculate. Location was perfect, walk outside into heart of Padstow..

Used as a base for attending a family wedding, it was ideal for us.

Pros: The location is exceptional, very close to everything on offer in Padstow. The property is lovely, modern and well equipped, a large fridge and dishwasher are included. It is clean and nicely decorated. The welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated.

Cons: I really don't like to sound pedantic, but some of these are mentioned elsewhere, but seemingly not actioned. We ran out of toilet roll, an additional roll in the bathroom cupboard would have been appreciated. Some of the halogen lights in the lounge are still flickering, they need replacing. Again, the people upstairs were incredibly noisy, but that's out the control of the owners.
