Cuckoo's Rest

Pros: I had wonderful 7 night stay at the Cuckoo's Rest! Everything was exactly as described,clean comfortable, and thoroughly equipped with everything needed.The location was perfect. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making the check in and check out smooth and stress free. Overall, it was fantastic stay.

Pros: Great location, all you need for a comfortable stay

Cons: Can't think of a thing I didn't like

Pros: Lovely location, quiet . The hosts were very friendly and helpful where needed. Lovely views of country side, we enjoyed our stay. Property very clean, new excellent. All a wonderful stay, thank you.

Cons: The road on the approach to the property is very uneven, careful driving will be required. But this does not take away the lovely experience of staying at the property.

Pros: Everything, very tastefully done, had everything you needed. Quiet, cosy, comfortable. Beautiful view. Good location for exploring Cornwall. Great for couples. We met Mark, the host who is on-site, very nice, certainly knowledgeable about the area.

Cons: Little unsure of the driveway as described for directions. 2nd driveway.... No signage, and it's really just a gravel bumpy path that we stopped at, but figured that couldn't be it. We drove past, and eventually turned around and took it. So, if you follow directions as stated, you will find it.

We’d not been to Cornwall before, but this turned out to be the ideal base to explore the region

Pros: Location - quiet, with nice country views Great base to explore Cornwall. Only a short drive into Falmouth Well equipped - clean, modern and comfortable. Hosts responded very promptly to sort out some minor problems.

Cons: Very little to dislike, but would suggest some basic instructions for using cooktop, stove, heaters, automatic gates. Living area heats up a lot on a hot day. We couldn’t find powder for washing machine or dishwasher. If they are not being provided, the they should be These are all minor issues and in no way impacted on us having a throughly positive view of the place

Pros: Beautiful place, has everything I need. Secure and safe, but easily accessed from the A394 between Penryn and Helston in beautiful countryside, but only ten minutes from Asda and another ten from Falmouth and beaches.

Cons: The driveway approach is very potholed. A minor thing but could do with attention.

Absolutely lovely

Pros: The apartment was attractive, spacious and light. Everything you could need was provided. The hosts were really friendly. Good location for visiting various places in that part of Cornwall. We definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Cons: Only minor quibbles: - the mattress was a little too hard for us. The automatic entrance gates were ... interesting:-)

Perfect in everyway.

Pros: Everything is 👌 perfect. The Cuckoo's Rest provides a wonderful experience that is designed to the hightest standards. It's located in a beautiful area with great facilities inside and out. Everything was thoughtfully considered to make our stay a fantastic experience.
