Pros: Fully self contained. Functional. Met all my needs.

Cons: The drive is very steep. Better off parking on a side road.

A busy short stay was made a lot easier.

Pros: This review is slightly biased, as it was almost exactly where I needed to be for my stay. It was nearly impossible to be more convenient. Paul was a great host. Roomy, warm, good shower. Basic food & drink was welcome after a delayed train journey. The sofa bed was firm, but comfortable, & I got a much needed rest. Very good value.

Cons: No complaints, I just wish I could have stayed at least a day longer. The inevitable Cornish winter weather kept me indoors on my second night, but I got to relax. If Penryn is too quiet & simple, public transport, or a brisk walk, can take you into neighbouring Falmouth. Would return.

Perfect short stay with excellent hosts, great value for money

Pros: The location was excellent, easy to find and parking on the drive or option of on street. Bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee provided and the hosts had put the heater on to make the place cosy and warm for my arrival. Everything I needed for a short stay was there and the hosts were accessible if I needed to contact them. It was clean and I felt safe and secure in the property.
