Amazing.

Pros: An absolutely perfect stay with amazing hosts who kept in contact extremely well. We were greeted at the car with the keys for the cottage, and he gave us some great information for pubs and places to eat. Very relaxed atmosphere. Inside the cottage there was amazing Wi-Fi ( kids loved it ) and all local information and information about the history of the cottages too which I loved. The cottage itself gave us a home away from home feel, and they were kind enough to leave fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bedding, towels and toiletries. A beautiful area to stay and relax with stunning views of the area just a very short walk away. Would highly recommend

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like is that we didn’t find the cottage earlier to have been able to stay longer :(

Pros: Lovely quaint cottage. Nothing to much trouble. Only stayed one night but loved it.

Beautiful cottage

Pros: Really well presented cottage in a beautiful rural setting. Very comfortable. Good location near St Austell / Mevagissey. Perfect for a couple or small family (we stayed with our 2 year old).

Cons: Shower pressure was a bit low. Kitchen was fine for us but some people might struggle with the lack of a microwave!

Lovely long half term weekend stay

Pros: We stayed in Butlers cottage for a long weekend in Feb whilst meeting up with friends who love locally.The owner was so friendly and welcoming which was nice after a very long drive from Kent. We stayed as a family of 4 plus our two dogs. We found the cottage very comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we felt at home very quickly. We especially loved the history and the cows just across the road. Our children were very happy with the book selection, the board games and the trainset. We visited the Polgooth inn during our stay (we drove as Google maps said the walk was 45 mins each way) really lovely pub, excellent food, very accommodating to dogs (doggy menu!) and family friendly. Would deffo recommend visiting during your stay (book ahead though)

Cons: Definitely not a dislike, but the shower was a big change from our electric one we are used to at home. Perfectly fine for a couple of nights though.

A lovely peaceful traditionally Cornish stay with perfect hosts.

Pros: The house and surrounding land is lovely. Jess and Paul have maintained its lovely original features throughout. We had everything we could need in the cottage, with an added lovely touch of complimentary Tea/Coffee, Milk and Biscuits. Myself and my friend visited with 2 dogs. We were made to feel so welcome. Our beds were comfortable and cosy ☺️ If you want a peaceful getaway with lovely hosts then I cant recommend Levalsa House enough! Thankyou so much for making our visit so nice.

Pros: A lovely, quiet location off the beaten track. Levalsa is a beautiful house and the courtyard cottages make an excellent base for a stay in Ciornwall. Lovely place to take the dog, especially as there is an enclosed field where he could run off lead. Would definitely return.

Proximity to Lost Gardens of Heligan was the reason we chose this accommodation.Also well situated for coastal visits

Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful stay.

Pros: The friendliness of the host, beautiful rustic cottage in tranquil surroundings. Also the unexpected touches, such as a welcome pack.

Cons: Nothing! Apart from staying longer!
