Acorn Lodge Pentewan

We wanted to e near lots of places as I was celebrating (if that’s the word!) turning 70.

Pros: A fantastic little space in a terrific location. It has everything that you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We can’t wait to book it again nearer the summer so that we can enjoy the garden as well.

Cons: Not much at all. Just an idea, it would help to have a grab rail in the shower as it is quite slippery and there’s nothing to hang on to. Everything else is fantastic.

Pros: There was plenty of room. The bed was so comfy and the lounge chairs. Everywhere was spotless and there was every facility for the kitchen area. We could not fault it. The garden was really secure for our little dog it must be lovely in summer to sit out. The place was really warm and cosy. Bathroom was beautiful too and the lady had left drinks biscuits etc. We had a great time

A lovely place to stay

Pros: Spacious, clean lodge with everything you need for your stay. The host left gifts for the humans and the dog which were greatly appreciated! Great communication.

Absolutely brilliant in every way

Pros: The code for the door lock was emailed to us in advance of us arriving, making it easy to get access upon our arrival. Upon arrival we were so impressed with the set up of the lodge. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The lodge was very very clean and well presented with a very secure and private garden area with a nice seating area should the weather be on your side. The lodge is perfectly located to visit all the attractions Cornwall has to offer. We can not wait to return to the lodge next time we visit family in Cornwall, I can not recommend this place high enough, if you are reading this review, Dont delay, book it now!!!

Cons: A shelve in the shower cubicle would be fantastic to have.

Fantastic property, great location, wonderful host, ideal get away location to Cornwall

Pros: The comunication with the host prior to our visit was spot on, and all instrcutions were clear and easy to follow. The property is in a great location, it is not overlooked and is very private, the facilites are top class, with a lovely lit garden space and deck to sit out in the evening. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail and the colour co-ordination is brilliant. This is an ideal place for the Eden Project and for many of the tourist areas around Cornwall. I would fully recommend this property.

Cons: There is nothing not to like, everything is perfect

Can’t wait to stay again

Pros: Real gem of a place. Spotlessly clean high-quality and lovely furnishings. Could not could not fault. Beautiful space with a lovely secure garden decorated beautifully. Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed and more would not hesitate to stop there again.

Pros: The accommodation was close to beaches,walks and places of interest. Lovely lodge, with a super little garden for a barbeque or just to relax in. Also lovely for our two dogs. Everything necessary in the lodge to make you comfortable. Good mattress, well equipped kitchen and amazing electric shower. Lovely welcome goodies and starter groceries.

Cons: Nothing to dislike!
