Luxury beach apartment

Amazing view from a very clean and comfortable property.

Pros: Everything! Amazing location, parking, very clean and comfortable. Great host.

Cons: Although the corner sofa was very stylish and comfortable, it was very low and difficult to get up from. Not suitable for people of a certain age. 😁 One minor thing no mirror near any electric points for ladies to do hair/make up etc

A beautiful setting for a family break

Pros: Lovely property Excellent location we have been visiting Perranporth for many years but this was a real luxury for us on the beach. Apartment had everything we needed travelled with my husband and two daughters and our springer spaniel, this Really Is a doggy heaven, walks on the beach & dinner at the summerhouse restaurant we would definitely recommend Watching the sunset on the balcony was a highlight Jamie messaged us on arrival and even offered us extra time at the property if we wanted it

Fabulous location, views and quality of accommodation

Pros: Attention to detail - blankets for sitting outside on the balcony, good coffee machine, cotton bedding, comfortable beds, nice towels, great powerful shower and very stylish decor. Owner very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Exquisite from start to finish. Will return. Host was excellent. Comms were excellent and our stay exceeded all expectations.

Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, a fabulous birthday retreat.

Pros: Excellent location, spotless and comfortable flat, nicely furnished. Very friendly and responsive host.

Cons: Some mixing bowls for salads would have been handy. Also, no iron (although there was an ironing board).

Pros: Exceptional location and views over Perranporth Beach. Lovely welcome treats on arrival. The apartment itself is much bigger than we were expecting. Jamie-Lee was a great host - easy to contact and really helpful during our stay.

A Tale of two half's, for not much effort and a little expense could be the best Holiday ever.

Pros: The Apartment was fantastic, Sea view, was a delight - tick, Balcony area fantastic (glass was covered in bird droppings, for our stay of 4 nights unfortunately), plenty of space, - tick, Bathrooms great, - tick, Kitchen clean and adequate,- tick, Bedrooms good size lovely sea views, - tick Owner of property was very responsive whist we were there. Parking space easy, - tick Great place to stay, except for what I have listed below which I would advise you read before considering booking.

Cons: Being advertised as Luxury apartment, was a double edge sword it was a fantastic apartment, but you would expect a luxury apartment, to come with a Big double bed, (NO it did not, 4ft 6 (not what you expect to find in a luxury apartment. (I am use to a 6ft at home, most places have a min of 5ft these days) it was very small and uncomfortable. plus the 2nd bedrooms had two single beds these seemed very small, we had aching backs every morning. (3 adults stayed, age range 29 to 60) and not much quality sleep was had by any of us. Sofa looked fantastic and that's where it ends I have never sat on such a UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA, it was low and far too soft for any age unless you are 5 years old, meaning if you wanted to relax in the evening you could not, which was a shame. Had to sit on dining chairs, so sad when you see a sofa taking up all this space and looking inviting, but not suitable for sitting on. The Master Bedroom did not have any Mirror in the actual room, only in the attached shower room, which only has a fixed Rain shower head. The second bathroom did have a bath with movable shower head. The Temperature control, for the apartment, was not easy to use and there were no instructions, but after I messaged the owner I was sent a You tube link, still very complicated all you want is to be able to turn it up or down I'm on holiday! God knows how you get the air con to work. To sum it up not a great deal of relaxing, in the evening or night from what is a must on holiday. if these things were changed it could, certainty be a LUXURY Apartment, after all LUXURY does not just mean the building it should follow through in the furnishings as well, the apartment has So much going for it in all other ways, I did message the owner regarding my views but have had no response. I would so much like to stay here again and again if I was welcome, by changing these things, it would make you want to return again and again. Surely that's what you are aiming for Jamie?
