Perfect stay in one of our favourite places

Pros: Fab location ,well equipped apartment, lovely little welcome package ,comfy bed ,good instructions for appliances if needed ...and great host ,just a great little beachfront getaway

Cons: Not a lot not to like ,if I was being picky the windows would have had a great view over the sand dunes if they had been cleaned outside ,but the weekend previous had been quite a storm,so forgivable ,and the internal bathroom smelt very musty but again only a small fan so it is what it is ,very very clean apartment

Outstanding location

Pros: This property's location is simply superb. It is in the heart of Perranporth and within walking distance of everything in the town. Within the flat, there is everything you would need: plates, glasses etc. There is even a dog bed, blanket and bowl, which was really helpful. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. Thankfully, as the weather was a little disappointing during our stay, a few games were provided too. It certainly provided a few hours of entertainment when needed. The host was attentive in her communication. I never needed to chase for information regarding checkin/ out. It was always provided in good time. There was an extensive information pack provided which was really helpful and gave me a few ideas of where to visit whilst staying in Perranporth. Overall, a really wonderful stay and would be happy to return.

Cons: There was only one parking permit. I did spot some visitor bays in the car park, but if travelling with two cars, I would suggest asking the host about the rules/procedures around using a second space. The bed was quite creaky. This was easily solved by putting a cushion behind the headboard. After that, I slept very well. The shower was quite weak, but got the job done.
