The caetaker was very helpful on our first day. Nice stay overall.

Pros: The property was very clean and tidy. Parking was readily available and even free from the evening till 9am. Good communication and information sharing from caretaker.

Cons: The second bedroom had no window making it warm. The fan in the room was is a bit small. Some letters were missing from the hairdressers shop that is used to sign post to the property, but the Katie was available to help.

A wonderful stay with great value, comfortable rooms and helpful host.

Pros: It is a wonderful place to stay for three or four people, and its excellent location offers convenient access to the beautiful sights around Cornwall.

Comfortable and clean. Would certainly use again if needed similar!

Pros: The place was absolutely fine - we just needed a place to rest up and sleep overnight between two locations and The Cosy Nook served the purpose for us. The accommodation had everything we needed for the night - comfortable beds, nice and clean and a decent bathroom and shower. Can't fault the place and the host was very speedy in responding to my message with the lockbox code for arrival. Would use again if needed similar accommodation in that area.

Cons: There is nothing to report as poor or not up to standard. In an ideal world, it would be nice if there was a sofa to sit on, but the beds are great and the table and chairs do just the job.
