Little Peterville

Well appointed, clean, comfortable.

Pros: The apartment, in the centre of St Agnes was immaculately clean and sunny. Appreciated all the details and high standard of furnishings. The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Great central heating at the touch of a button.

Cons: Access. No parking. You approach the apartment through a stairway, above the garage below and there is no parking outside. Which makes unloading and loading the car difficult, particularly if mobility is an issue. Often we needed to circle the village several times to find a parking places and this was usually 5 or 10 mins walk. Purely for this reason, I wouldn't re book the property for another stay and pick somewhere with parking.

Perfect location and a lovely apartment. We would not hesitate to book this again.

A great representation of a peaceful, beautiful village!

Pros: Perfect size and facilities - so well kept and comfortable. The tv having services logged in was a really nice touch.

Cons: The front door lock was incredibly stiff! I also couldn’t find a chopping board which would have been useful as the rest of the kitchen stuff was brilliant.

Really lovely apartment, well located but poor parking

Pros: The property was finished to a really high standard with comfortable beds as well as being well equipped. It was well located for a local pub and restaurant and a lovely walk down to the beach… being aware it is all uphill on the way back!

Cons: The parking situation would put me off booking again. It isn’t easy to find a space close by, we had some luck in parking close and other times quite a walk away up a few steep hills. Parking is at a premium in the whole village with lots of double yellow lines and next time I would book with allocated parking.

Beautiful place but parking was a problem.

Pros: Beautiful property, beautiful fixture, luxury bed & bedding. Great location to award winning restaurants & cafe. A ten/15 min stroll to Aggies wonderful beach, with cafes on the walk.

Cons: The only thing is the parking situation. We found that we needed to drive around the village 3 or 4 times to try and find a parking spot…we ended up parking on double yellows for the weekend.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of the village

Pros: Location is very good, walkable to all of the village and down to the beach, very close to a couple of good pubs. The spec of the apartment is very high.

Cons: Not having a parking space gives a bit of anxiety even though only once did we not get parked with-in a 5 min walk
