The Flat - Brand new renovation in amazing location

Perfect accommodation for our stay - very comfortable with everything we needed and a great location

Pros: Great facilities and high-quality appliances. Generous sized rooms, all well-equipped. We weren't able to use the outside terrace this time because of the weather, but have done on a previous stay and it's a lovely feature. I was very impressed that the owner took the time to check that we were ok as there was a major storm on the weekend we were there.

Cons: The weather - there wasn't anything I didn't like about the accommodation.

Pros: Stylish renovation in a superb location. Everything you need for a perfect stay.

Fabulous location and facilities but noisy.

Pros: The Flat is very comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you could need for your stay. You could cook if you wanted but with so many choices on your doorstep, I don’t imagine many guests do actually cook. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are also provided.

Cons: As other guests have said, a fabulous location but with that comes noise. It’s a very busy little area.

I had an absolute amazing week in the flat and felt like at home from the beginning.

Pros: My stay in the flat was absolutely amazing. It has everything you need to feel cosy and like at home. It was absolutely clean, the kitchen has everything you need (including oil, salt, pepper and milk) and the tumble drier was an extra plus in the damp Cornish weather. The owner even checked in by email during the stay to make sure everything is fine. It makes you feel welcome and like at home in St Agnes and Peterville.

Cons: Everything was really great! Even the music from the bar was not an issue. During the week it typically stopped before 11pm and I slept with open window. During the weekend it can go until ~12, but with closed windows it’s ok to sleep.

Pros: Able to go for breakfast at the nearby cafe which was lovely

Cons: It was all excellent and we were exceedingly comfortable. Everything was clean and immaculate. Particularly loved the Terrace for morning coffee and evening drinks

Amazing location and decor! Ideal if you want to hang out ar the Taphouse!

Pros: Decor. equipment and cleanliness were first class! Location was perfect for access to shops, cafes and beach. Love the little details like phone chargers by the beds, black out blinds and code (no keys to lose) to access the property.

Cons: It was Carnival weekend when we stayed. Whilst it was great fun, my young son was travelling with us and the party continued at the Taphouse, downstairs until 2am and we were then woken by deliveries at 7am … in fairness, the landlord did warn us and provide earplugs but it was bit much for us. I’d def stay again at the weekend (without a young family) or midweek with the family when it was much quieter.

Pros: The flat was great - very clean and comfortable - and the dressing room was a bonus. The location is ideal for food (the Taphouse is amazing), there is a nice beach nearby and a great surf shop. Perfect place for someone like us who wants to explore Cornwall. We will be back next year. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Amazing

Pros: All of it, it was stunning and clean and well looked after, comfortable, warm, quiet and exceptional! The cafe underneath is the greenroom cafe which is worth a visit the owner and food is amazing

Stunning flat in the beautiful village that is St Agnes.

Pros: Stunning flat in a great location. I know the area well as have family nearby. The flat was clean and very well equipped. I would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Could have done with some instructions for the oven but I did manage to work it out on the end and not all the saucepans worked on the induction hob.
