Pros: A fabulous apartment, with tea coffee biscuits and even milk in the fridge when we arrived. We had a great stay. There was a problem with the fire alarm and someone came to fix it the same day.

Pros: It was in a great location with access to the centre of St Ives Plenty of room to have the whole family in one place The house facilities were excellent with everything needed to have a fantastic holiday.

Cons: Both double beds had dirty stained mattress covers. This was only noticed when the bottom sheets were removed which is requested by the hosts in the information pack on leaving the property after the stay. The fire alarm panel for the entire block of apartments/shops is located in the stairwell of the flat. A buzzer kept going off periodically indicating a fault in one of the shops which needed regularly silencing.
