THE PENTHOUSE Top Floor Apartment with Bay Views

Pros: Great location, and fantastic view! Be aware that the main access is via an external staircase. Landlord was lovely, leaving us a welcome basket and milk and he also did his best to accommodate a last minute late check out request from us. Beautiful apartment.

Pros: The view at the balcony is stunning and purely beautiful. A relaxing and unique experience while living in the apartment.

Lovely stay

Pros: Location was perfect, apartment had great view and very nice interior, had everything you might need.

Cons: The only uncomfortable thing was the ramps of stairs, especially to carry the suitcases up and down, and to take the dog out a few times a day. But that’s because we were at the top floor, which comes with a stunning view, so it’s fair

Great apartment

Pros: Wonderful apartment with fantastic views over St Ives. Everything I needed was in the apartment and the balcony was perfect during the sunny weather. Parking was a real plus and Donna's instructions on how to get there were clear (top tip - scout it out on Google maps too). Some steps to contend with so keep that in mind. Will definitely be back in the future, St Ives was a great place to explore Cornwall.

Pros: Set up with everything you might need on holiday. Amazing views and Super comfortable huge bed.

Pros: Great location and view. Lovely property manager. Flat was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Furniture could use some updating/modernising. Lots of big hardwood pieces. But that’s just my personal taste, not the fault of the listing.

Pros: The location of the property gives absolutely spectacular views of Porthmeor bay and St,Ives town, from above and from every window. The interior of the property benefits from lots of windows, so is light, bright and airy. It is really SO well situated and allows quick and easy walking access to St. Ives, Carbis bay and beyond. The balcony is huge and a real plus. The apartment is so, neat and tidy with all amenities one could want. Mark, was a wonderful host and was kind enough to stop by and see us and could answer all questions asked. Donna, also was great with directions and check-in. They made the whole experience easy and straightforward. The welcome basket was an absolute treat, filled with delicious, local goodies and the message on the blackboard to ‘have a happy holiday’ was a very sweet touch!

Cons: I found the sofas uncomfortable, but my arthritic back doesn’t help!

Pros: Amazing views. Lovely and cosy. Love the balcony. And the entrance gate is wonderful !!

Outstanding

Pros: Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Everything you could possibly need for a base to explore from, or a cosy retreat with amazing sea views from the terrace. Loved the welcome package full of Cornish goodies! We met Mark, the host who was such a lovely bloke. He gave us some great tips and recommendations to check out during our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Cons: Having to come home!
