Sea Breeze Apartment

Pros: The power shower, the layout of the apartment and the Christmas tree the host put up for us before we arrived. The apartment was lovely, clean, cosy and spacious.

Cons: Nothing about the apartment. The only difficult part we had was unloading and loading the car from the apartment to the car park given the amount of things we had. It took multiple trips through the security gates and stairs, but we managed it. Just something to be aware of if you have lots of luggage or a young family.

Highly recomended.

Pros: The furniture in the apartment is of very good quality, and they made a Christmas tree for us. The place is spacious, clean, and the host's communication was good. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Cons: The kitchen's sink water pressure was very high.

Lovely apartment with sea view

Pros: very clean, amazing sea views, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge- perfect for the short break we took. Easy parking. Also a maintenance issue (bulb in one bathroom went out) was dealt with very swiftly by the owner- thank you.

Cons: Nothing really- there are a few steep steps to car park and steps to apartment and codes to use, a little bit of faff and if you are older/ unfit bit hard work, but owner explained clearly how to navigate this and this was very minor.

Generally very good, clean, and great location.

Pros: The location is ideal to get to most of the tourist sights, especially the Eden Project. The accommodation is a gated property, so you feel very safe. However, the road outside can be busy and although there are speed cations, throughout the night we heard cars/vans speeding up and down it. However, it was a warm week when we went, so we slept with the windows open.

Cons: The only downside was the smaller bedrooms' double bed. If two adults try to sleep in it you both roll into the centre, so it definitely needs a more supportive mattress. It was that bad, my husband stayed in the bed and i set up the camp bed with my beach blanket in the lounge area, as my elderly parents had the king bedroom and were super happy and comfortable!

Can wholeheartedly recommend as a pleasant, clean, spacious, comfortable stay.

Pros: Great location and good communication with the friendly owners. The apartment itself was immaculate and part of a beautiful gated block with designated parking. Flat was spacious and comfortable and everything worked well. Kitchen was well stocked and a very homely feel.

Cons: Would be icing on the cake to have a smart tv so one could watch a bit of Netflix / Prime /YT in the night but they did provide a dvd with a selection of movies and you could at least access bbc iplayer. This is the only minor suggestion otherwise a perfect stay.

Great accommodation for a night at the Eden sessions very comfortable and spacious apartment

Pros: The location was fantastic for the Eden sessions Host were very helpful with all details necessary will definitely be staying here again.

Cons: My friends and I have no complaints everything was satisfactory Property was as advertised

Lovely place to stay, perfect for a base to explore and enjoy local landmarks.

Pros: Property was clean and bigger than I expected from an apartment.

Cons: The road outside was noisy and so in hot weather the traffic noise builds from 7am. Nothing anyone could do about that though. The shower in shower room had fantastic pressure, although the cubicle was small.

Pleasant, comfortable , convenient exactly what we needed.

Pros: The flat was clean, pleasant and had everything we needed.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a quiet secure neighbourhood with very good on site free parking

Pros: An excellent well presented apartment with everything that could be needed. Very prompt responses from the host to any question. Beautiful sea views.

Everything you’d need, spacious and cosy with beautiful views.

Pros: Great location. Sea views!. Our family was particularly grateful for two bathrooms. Clean and spacious but also warm and cosy. Everything had been well considered and anything we possibly needed was there.

Cons: Our son couldn’t get the DVD player to work. (We were quite ok with that) . My partner found the road outside quite loud… however the rest of us were fine.
