Nice property. Good location. Main bed needs a better quality mattress. Needs a deep clean.

Pros: It was close to the beach and the town of St Ives.

Cons: It was not very clean inside.

Great and friendly base to enjoy Carbis Bay and surroundings

Pros: Great location near great clean beach and station to pop into st Yves. Great modern kitchen and fantastic tv. Clothes lines outdoor very handy. Fantastic community spirit in the close. Great view from kitchen. Good to be able to see the car park too.

Cons: Mainly details: Drying rack could be better as does not hold the plates/fork/knifes. Could not locate the pegs. 1 Frying pan eating into the tefal. Initial impression was damp but disappeared after opening windows.

This was our second time staying in this property. Excellent location 5min to the Carbis Bay beach. Nice and quiet area.

Pros: Very cozy and warm flat with the access to the back garden.

Pros: Basic sauces(salt, pepper, sugar, etc) and utensils were provided, so good to cook. The place was clean and located in a calm and safe area. Good to have a holiday.

Cons: No internet access. The wheel of the door of the shower booth was broken so it was hard to close the door, looked easy to splash water to the floor of the bathroom.

Great

Pros: The location is brilliant, literally 5 minutes by train to St ives (10min door to door), 3 minutes walk to the south west coastal path, smart tv in the aptmnt, nice garden, very quiet area, the beach is 5 minutes walk away but fair warning its a bit of a hill (as you'd expect). Hosts send a lot of details and are very clear about everything if you choose to read it, all the others in the surrounding apartments were also nice and polite. The size of the apartment is good, it is very accurate to the pictures. Would stay again.

Cons: Loses maybe half a point as one shower door roller was missing but that seems very temporary, a smart tv with no wifi seems an odd choice but you can just hotspot it no big deal

Pros: The location is nice, close to the beach The apartment was clean and had everything needed

Cons: A neighbor was rude to us without any reason so we weren't as comfortable after that

Pros: Klein und gemütlich, super Lage (nah am Bahnhof und am Strand), wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Cons: Für einen wirklich perfekten Aufenthalt hätten wir uns einen größeren Heizkörper in der Wohnküche (dadurch war es im Februar etwas kalt), Wifi und lichtundurchlässigere Gardinen im Schlafzimmer gewünscht.
