Cons: No airconditioning. I could imagine it would be quite warm inside the bedrooms on a hot summer day

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Everywhere was very clean. Private parking is great and you can park on the road outside. Walking distance to the train station and a beautiful beach (a steep hill to the beach but definitely worth it). Superb view of Carbis Bay.

Cons: A few minor things - the beds are quite hard, maybe a couple of softer mattress toppers could be added. The water flow was ok but the temperature of the water, even on full, could have been a little warmer. Could a bed be added to the third room to enable 5 or 6 guests? It would be useful to have a fan or two in the property and a clothes airer for drying towels to avoid using the dryer. Also some sort of oven gloves would be useful to avoid spoiling the tea towels. Maybe give guests the option to purchase Nespresso capsules when they book so they can use the coffee machine.

Wonderful apartment with great view and top location in Cornwall !

Pros: Top location in Cornwall ! The view from the apartment is spectacular, wonderful sunset moments ! We enjoyed the more quiet location in Carbis Bay but only a short walk or train ride from St Ives, and easy bus and train connections to other locations. The apartment is very well equipped.

Cons: The mattresses were not very comfortable, which surprised us give the fact that everything in the apartment is of decent quality. Honestly, this was just a minor point compared to the absolutely positive experience we had in this place.

The accommodation was excellent and we left feeling very chilled out. Would definitely book again.

Pros: Brilliant location with fantastic views and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable and very clean. As the weather was a bit mixed the accommodation was very important to us and it certainly made the holiday.

Cons: The main shower needs an extra panel because the floor got very wet after use.

Pros: We had a fantastic few days at this property with our friends visiting from Canada. The place is incredibly quiet, spotlessly clean, and really cosy, with all the amenities you could need. The views are absolutely stunning, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The apartment is exactly as described and pictured.

Cons: The shower in one of the bedrooms is in the style of a wet room, which does allow for accessibility but also causes water to get everywhere.
