Stunning Apartment Balcony Sea Views St Ives

Pros: The Location was great for all areas town and beach and very quiet

Cons: Second Bathroom / Shower room a bit cramped

Beautiful apartment with amazing views.

Pros: Beautiful property, well looked after with lovely small touches all round the apartment. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and equipment you would need. Bedroom was comfortable and the lounge/dining room was perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings.

Cons: WiFi wasn’t great, struggled to watch Netflix occasionally. Sadly there were builders on the building next door, who were working 8-5. Nothing that the property owner could do about it but the building works noise, music and builder “banter” did impact our stay. Would return, once that work was completed.

Beautiful apartment with good facilities.

Pros: The view were beautiful, the apartment was decorated to a high standard.

Cons: No blinds at the windows so the main living area was very hot. The walk down into the town was incredibly steep with a lot of steps. Not suitable for small children or those with limited mobility or fitness.

Perfect rental property with beautiful views and well situated

Pros: The property was really well equipped and spacious. Beautiful sea view

Cons: The only thing was that the living room was very warm as we were lucky enough to have good weather but there are no blinds in the living area so the sun just shines in. The windows are impressive and not sure that blinds would even be possible though. Not really a dislike. More an observation.

Nice apartment during my first stay in St Ives.

Pros: Nice modern flat. Fully equipped and decorated with marine glass art. Nice view.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the town centre and harbour! Super clean and well thought out, felt really nice and homely. Would definitely return!

Excellent Apartment.

Pros: Great Apartment. Very clean and well equipped. The art works are a nice touch. The only slight -ve is the lounge needs blinds and the apartment was hot. We were lucky to have sunshine everyday. Over all it’s great, we will be back.

Pros: Amazing view and the apartment was well laid out and equipped. Lovely to eat breakfast on the balcony.

Cons: The ensuite shower cubicle door wasn’t user friendly. The water pressure wasn’t very strong, but we managed.

Pros: Fabulous views. very clean and well equipped. Spacious and well furnished.

Cons: We arrived in the dark and the back of the building was covered in scaffolding and not easy to find the entrance door. Very poorly lit. The outside key cupboard gave the impression that it was a builder's hut and we had to call the letting agency as we really were not clear where to get the keys. They were helpful and we were soon able to obtain keys and get into the building. We had some challenges with the hot water and central heating-but the letting agency was helpful. The central heating didnt kick in until the following morning.
