Pros: Donna was a lovely host and very welcoming. Studio is very comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. Had a great stay over valentines weekend for our birthdays. Great location. Just 10 min walk down to the Harbour. We knew we were not going to have the weather but that didn't dampen our stay.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike !

Perfect honeymoon, Donna added Prosecco cream and strawbs to our fridge. Def return, lovely 4 days!!

Pros: Absolutely perfect, everything you could possibly need and so cosy and comfortable.

Great place to stay with car parking whether you are wishing to sightsee around Cornwall or to stop in St Ives

Pros: Everything- we were met on arrival by Donna who was very pleasant and helpful. The property had all mod cons and is a very well presented apartment and even has a car parking space so convenient and no extra cost for parking. Situated just above Portminster beach and short walking distance from the centre of St Ives.

Pros: Good communication from owner. Met on arrival, very friendly couple and lovely apartment in a great location of St Ives. Would highly recommend this place to stay for couples planning on going to St Ives. We will definitely be booking again.

Pros: The Studio was fabulous and situated in a quiet residential area, Donna and her husband were great to deal with. Donna met us on arrival and handed over the keys and went through the facilities. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Centrally located close to St Ives and its great restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Pros: Super location, and had parking. The studio is very clean, the shower is great. It was our second visit.

Little gem of a place in a quiet lovely spot in gorgeous St Ives

Pros: This gorgeous studio apartment is set a couple of roads up from the beaches and town of St Ives, it was very comfy and spotlessly clean, and had a place to park your car. Donna was so friendly and helpful, and when my car wouldn’t start her husband got it going for me. This lovely couple also left us some Cornish beers and biscuits which were really tasty and such a lovely touch.
