Pros: Izzy is a really nice host. She answered fast. The house is really quite with a private terrace. Everything is lovely and clean! We had a great time.

Very enjoyable stay here

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and Izzy was a lovely host whom provided little thoughtful touches. Pleasant little private courtyard too. Close proximity to Carbis Bay railway station down the hill and further down the hill to beautiful Carbis Bay. The area is hilly so if you struggle with mobility this may not be ideal for you but if you have a reasonable level of fitness it is fine.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like, we were very pleased with this property.

A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished apartment full of useful bits and pieces.

Pros: The host has devoted a great deal of care and attention to furnishing and decorating the Garden Room. It is full of thoughtful touches and useful equipment to make a stay as comfortable as possible. The car space on the drive took all of the stress out of parking and the property is within easy walking distance of the beach, the railway station and local shops and cafes. Izzy really has thought of everything one might need in a holiday home.
