A lovely property in a brilliant location ❤️

Pros: It was beautifully styled and had everything we needed. Probably one of the best cottages that came with every kitchen implement you would need. Lots of hooks and storage too. Great location for all our favourite beaches in St Ives.

Cons: The parking.... Knowing St Ives, I was hoping the car park space was just around the corner at the reserved car park at Porth Widden, unfortunately it's at the Rugby Club. Now having stayed in St Ives in August and July we would have been grateful but on a wet October afternoon we opted for the public nearby, which is what we would normally do.

We had a wonderful stay — the property was comfortable, perfectly located just off the harbour.

Pros: We love staying in St Ives and this property did not disappoint. Great location. Fabulous welcome pack of local baked bread, Cornish butter, Cornish Biscuits, milk and Tea, coffee. We found the place very comfortable. Location is perfect just off the harbour front.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in magical St Ives

Pros: Fantastic location in St Ives. The cottage was very homely, clean & tidy with modern, stylish appliances without losing the original character features of the fisherman's cottage. A very comfortable & enjoyable stay. Matt (the host) was very friendly, helpful & quick to respond to any questions we had.

Cons: It's a shame there isn't any outdoor space but that is a feature of the terraced cottages.

If this property is available to book then book it! You won’t be disappointed

Pros: Lovely location, property was spotless and smelt amazing! Beds were comfy but a little creaky but not really a big issue at all. So closed to the beach and shops too! Will definitely return in the future!

Cons: Only one toilet roll to last 4 people so had to go out and buy more The parking is only an issue if you have people with you who can’t walk far as it’s a 20+ minute walk away from the property but we figured the bus out on our second day there. Me and my husband enjoyed the walk but we had my 80+ grandparents with us who had a very very slow walk down 😂

Pros: We loved the cottage which was modern, comfortable, very well fitted out and in a brilliant location.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like except noisy seagulls

Recommend this property to any wishing to stay close to the action in St Ives

Pros: Loved this property. As soon as you open the front door - it was very welcoming. Fabulous welcome pack. Great appliances & very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable- felt like home. Communication with our host was always timely & friendly. The location is perfect - just away from the main part of town. A close walk to all the beautiful views.

Cons: Unfortunately as with many little coastal towns - no close parking & single lane streets. We didn’t need our car anyway once we settled in. Lots of walks.
