Pros: Loved location . Car space. Think couch is not comfortable enough if you were staying for a week.. Hamper was a nice surprise. Place was absaloutly emaculate. Would come back.

Perfect!

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It had real class and style and the host made us feel very welcome .

Cons: It’s a little tricky to find but that is St Ives as the streets are narrow and there are plenty of one way streets. The just provided very good direction instructions.

Excellent and highly recommended

Pros: The property was beautiful, well presented with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautiful view of the sea and an excellent location. Bed very comfortable and whole place spotless. Lovely welcoming basket and essential and excellent local information from the owners - would highly recommend

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like- just one personal comment from me, I have RA and suffer with joint pain and although it looked lovely the sofa was very uncomfortable for me

Perfect, relaxing and chic property in the heart of St Ives!

Pros: The location of the studio was perfect! Right in the heart of town with sea views, yet quiet and crucially with a parking space! The decor of the studio was beautiful, thoughtfully considered and relaxing to spend time in. The bed was comfortable, the welcome basket on arrival with fresh bread, jam, tea, coffee and eggs was really lovely! The hosts were thorough, helpful and professional. The view from the balcony was stunning and it felt like an utterly relaxing home away from home.

Cons: It was a gorgeous place to stay and so these are just very small maintenance issues - the hand towel rails were easily knocked off and the shower shelf a little loose/on an angle so the bottles of shower gel etc slipped off. However these are minor points and easily fixed. Everything else was perfect and we would love to stay again!

Pros: Beautiful accommodation in a superb location. Hamper on arrival a nice touch. Lovely sea view and carparking space a real bonus at this location. Nice studio with everything you need for a lovely holiday. Will definitely return

Pros: The apartment was fantastic - spacious and bright, beautifully and tastefully furnished with a distinct mid century vibe. On site parking a definite plus - we had no idea how precious this would be until we arrived! The apartment had everything we could possibly need, was quiet but still only a few minutes walk to the waterfront. Lovely views from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay at Sands Studio and would highly recommend.

Cons: DON'T follow Google maps to get to the location as it will likely send you down small laneways which are difficult or impossible to navigate!

Great apartment with fabulous view

Pros: Perfect location in St Ives with on site parking. Apartment was very comfortable with everything you could possibly need.

Cons: Finding the apartment was a little tricky as you need to drive right through the centre of St Ives. We were there on a bank holiday weekend and the traffic was very bad, especially on the Saturday afternoon. Leaving on the Sunday morning was a breeze though.
