A welcome retreat after a series of hotels on our trip, great accommodation to chill out in the evening

Pros: Lovely accommodation and welcome from the hosts who shared local area knowledge with me for walking and cycling, very quite and peacefull location with access to cycling and walking routes on the doorstep. Highly recommended

Idyllic country escape

Pros: Beautiful, spacious modern accommodation, set in peaceful rural property.

Lovely, central and peaceful.

Pros: Location is nice and central to all locations of Cornwall. Easy to find and instructions on how to get to location are provided by the owners of the lodge. Lodge was clean and easy to navigate. Instructions for all appliances were in the folder along with locations for food, laundrette and others. The owners are lovely and were very welcoming when we came and provided us with clear instruction on how to find the lodge if location did not appear on maps.

Cons: The only issue we had was with the mattress as it had collapsed in the centre for my fiancé.

Pros: The property is immaculate in a beautiful setting so peaceful and relaxing

A peaceful and comfortable lodge with a beautiful log burner

Pros: The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The log fire was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and pans.

Cons: You will need to bring some oil for cooking as there aren’t any cupboard items in the kitchen. This isn’t a criticism (as we knew what we were signing up for) but there aren’t any convenience stores within walking distance- just the saint piran bike cafe and the bon appetit cafe.
