Cosy , comfortable and cost friendly

Pros: Very comfortable and cosy with everything that was needed .

Cons: Not so keen on the plug in air freshener smell . Otherwise nothing .

Pros: Excellent location and very comfortable accommodation. Friendly and helpful hosts. Small but well equipped kitchen area.

Cons: We were there for 4 nights cooked for 3 of them. If contemplating a longer stay and planning to cook a larger kitchen would have been an easier option. Worked fine for us though.

Absolutely served our needs for a couple of nights.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Good location for us. Nice bathroom. Pleasant owners.

Lovely cosy cottage with everything you need for a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The owners are lovely. We received a very warm welcome. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable. The living room and kitchen are well equipped. We had every thing we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We would return again and recommend to friends. Thank you Claire and Neil we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Lovely place. Would definitely recommend. Really comfortable and cosy. Very clean, decent parking, I was able to cook a simple meal with the hob but the kitchenette is on the small size. However trip was definitely not spoiled and I would use again for sure.

This was a great find and we will stay there again if possible.

Pros: Very friendly hosts, the accommodation was warm and very comfortable. The kitchen also was much better equipped than expected. No problem parking and it was a quiet location.

Cons: Just a further socket on the kitchen surface would have been very useful, so that you could use more than one appliance.

Cosy, clean and well situated!

Pros: Lovely clean property and well situated for lots of Cornwall’s sights. Owners were polite and available as needed. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros: Central location for exploring all areas of Cornwall. Newquay. St Austell, St Agnus, Looe, Lizard Pennisula, all within 20 minutes to 1 hour. Comfortable accommodation equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed cosy stay.

Cons: Village pub / restaurant Falmouth Arms not open every day. However, this appears to be the case across Cornwall villages. Would have liked more towels in the accommodation. However, when we asked Neil, he provided two clean ones. Outdoor area a little misleading. There is no private area, although outdoor table and chairs are in an area in front of the property.
