Pros: Lovely apartment with views of the bridge, a quiet area, walking distance to the train station and town. There. we’re scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival. The beds are comfortable with new bedding, the sofas are huge, with a big tv. The shower is lovely and the kitchen facilities, we loved the rinse tap and spices. The washing machine and washing products were a welcome addition. We recommend getting the train to Falmouth town or beach not far and nice to be able to have a few drinks. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Cons: The stairs it’s a top floor apartment, the balcony looks over the neighbours back garden and a shared balcony. We booked a taxi very expensive A2B.

Bright, light and quiet stay!

Pros: Very clean and modern feel to the property, so quiet too! Comfy beds and very easy stroll to Truro town

We had a lovely 2 night stay . It was very hot but luckily we had some hand held fans .

Pros: The place was lovely and clean. There were a few essentials like tea , coffee , milk , scones and jam waiting for us when we arrived and very much appreciated as we had arrived later than anticipated . Beautiful view from the kitchen window . It was a 10 minute walk into the town and it was convenient to have a parking space on the premises. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family .

Cons: There were some building works downstairs but we were warned before our stay . Not really a problem as we were getting up early anyway . It can be very hot especially at night in the bedrooms .

A classy retreat in this wonderful city - what more could you want?

Pros: Location was great - walking distance to town but very quiet. Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything we could need. Lovely extras, including scones, jam and cream, which were much enjoyed! It was spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed, with really classy sofas and modern kitchen. We also loved the little nods to the building's industrial past. The beds were very good quality and super comfy. The host, Kirsty, was brilliant and so helpful. Will recommend and return. Many thanks.

Lovely flat - Super comfortable stay at great location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Smelting Works. The place was spacious, super clean, and very well equiped with everything one could need (and with very comfy beds). Excellent location in Truro with a designated parking space for one car. Good communication from our host who also left a lovely welcome basket for us : )

Cons: There were some minor issues with the water pressure in the flat (which are probably beyond the control of the host)
